Feedback & Complaints Policy


AM Plan Management values your feedback. Both complaints and compliments are the best ways to identify ways to improve our service delivery for clients, and we appreciate the time you take to submit your feedback to us.
Feedback in the form of complaints or compliments can be made using the above email address or phone number, or by submitting the form that is available on our website.


AM Plan Management will endeavour to contact you within one business day of receiving a complaint to discuss this with you further.
 

What AM Plan Management will do with your complaint
1. Listen to details of complaint and record all details given and send written confirmation of receipt of feedback
2. Look into the reason for the complaint and investigate further if required
3. Discuss options for resolving issues
4. Keep customer informed of complaint process
5. Follow up with customer after complaint resolution to ensure that all areas of complaint have been rectified


Anonymous complaints are also accepted by AM Plan Management and are treated in the same manner where possible. If you wish to submit your complaint anonymously, please ensure that you have included as much detail as possible about the issue that you are facing.
 

AM Plan management will keep a record of your feedback for 7 years after receipt of complaint as per the National Disability Insurance Scheme Complaints Management and Resolution Rules 2018.

Please Note – AM Plan Management is not able to receive complaints about services provided by another business. If you have feedback to offer regarding another service provider, please contact the organisation. AM Plan Management is only able to receive complaints regarding the services that we provide.

If you are not satisfied with the outcome of your complaint to AM Plan Management, you can request a review. You may also choose to contact the NDIS Commission 1800 035 544 to further your concerns.
